Discounted Purchases

No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Please contact Meaningful Health Solutions for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused by our Receiving Department.

Custom Orders

There is no refund or exchange on any custom orders including, but not limited to, custom length cuts. Special made items and special order items not normally carried in our warehouse.

Manufacture Warranty

*Our products carry a 1- 5 Year Manufacture Warranty depending on the product. We include additional warranty information, as supplied to us by each Product's manufacturer. If you have a question about any warranty or satisfaction policy, please contact us. We will get you an answer.

Return Policy Exceptions

1. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - Special Order Items are non returnable.
2. ITEMS PURCHASED WITH STORE MERCHANDISE CREDIT - Items purchased with store merchandise credit are non returnable.
3. Any custom cut, special ordered or product with the code LE in it is NOT returnable.
4. Excludes consumables
