When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will be receiving a Shipment Confirmation e-mail in your inbox. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online or over the telephone. You can expect to receive this e-mail within the 1 - 2 business day timeframe. The e-mail contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number. Under Order Tracking, you can track your package by entering the tracking number that was provided in your order confirmation in the USPS box to the right.
Our Cut off time is 12:00PM PST. Every order made after 12pm will be processed on the next day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 24 hours for processing your order.
